Scarborough’s Sunset Coast is an ideal base from which to explore Perth and surrounding areas.
Located 15kms from the Perth CBD (18 minutes by car).

Scarborough Sandcastles are located within a few minutes’ walk to shopping, restaurants, cafe, bars, banks, public transport and fantastic parks for the children.

Pristine coastline with powdery white sandy beaches which never get too crowded, so that you can soak up the sun and relax.  Scarborough Beach is a top surf spot, and a Mecca for wind and kite surfing, you can also go fishing, picnicking and relaxing throughout the year.  Stroll along the beach or enjoy a cappuccino in one of the many alfresco cafes.   For the energetic hire a bike and head north along the coastline to popular Hillarys Marina.  Conveniently located public transport will take you south to explore historic Fremantle or into Perth City.

Via bank transfer, PayPal, cheque or cash.

Deposit
To secure your booking 50% deposit is payable with final payment due 14 days prior to your date of arrival.

Bond Required
Bond is payable with final payment which is fully refundable on return of the keys and security tag.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: if a guest cancels, money paid is not refundable unless the apartment is re-let for the entire period. If it is, a refund is made due to the property being re-let and $50 administration / cancellation fee will apply.  Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

	The apartment was clean, functional and cosy. All the features, i.e.: spa, outdoor pool, sauna etc. of the apartment was of high standard. With being across the road from the beach it was a wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed our holiday in Perth because of the accommodation and would not hesitate to stay there again. No. 1 choice!

	Impeccable accommodation. We didn’t know what to expect as sometimes things aren’t the same on the internet as it is in real life. But the accommodation exceeded what my wife and I and the other couple anticipated. Well done, especially when there was an accidental breakage with the coffee plunger and was replaced almost immediately by the owner.
